my pc dosent let me install progams that were dis installed before (Nero,macafee virus scan,alchol)im thinking its my pc because my cusin installed it fine with no problems on his pc

More info is needed. When you try to install one of those programs do you recieve a prompt? What is happening when you try to install?

The other thing that comes to mind is. Is your XP User account Limited or Computer Administrator??

That could also give you this problem??

Nero says somthing like cannot install cover desiner teplets macafee it comes free with aol it wont download peried ive tried every browser alchol wont install simular thing like Nero
