If anyone knows what might cause this error could you please let me know so i can look into it because im clueless. Thank you so much.

Welcome. You need to uninstall Nero and then use Nero Cleantools ( on Nero's site). After that re-boot and then re-install the version below. Nero 6.6.1.4 is a little buggy and the more stable version is 6.6.0.18. After doing this you should not have the problem

Please remove your Nero S/N. It starts w/ 1A20.................
