No it's not clean
Reboot into safe mode
rescan with HijackThis and place a check beside
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinSecure] C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinSecure.exe
make sure any other windows are closed and click fix checked
search for the following file and delete it
C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinSecure.exe
reboot and post a new HijackThis log

lol, well if it is hidden I can't see it in your log. ;)
If you want to be sure, follow the directions I posted in your friends thread.
Edit: just seen maca's post. Looked over that, sorry. WinSecure is adware.
To boot in safe mode press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu.
Remove that first as maca instructed, then you can run Ewido.
