Cannot open google, CPanel page opens instead

Im having problems with my friends pc, when i try to open google it directs me to a page called cpanel & says "There is no website configured at this address.You are seeing this page
because there is nothing configured for the site you have requested. If you
think you are seeing this page in error, please contact the site
administrator or datacenter responsible for this site."

I have run Mcaffee virus check, Spybot, Stinger & a program called Smitfraudfix which usualy sorts out problems if page is hijacked, still has same problem,

can any1 help me with this please
