I read somewhere you could use decrypter to get the vob's and ifo from the dvd. I then run the vobs through DVD2AVI and get a .d2v file and an audio file which then can be loaded into tmpgenc for encoding into DVD ntsc. Then Use Tmpgenc Dvd Authoring to make the new vob's an ifo from the Mpeg that Tmpgenc Created. Also you can get trial versions of both Tmpgenc an Dvd Author.
