My cousin has a silver account, and i told him to download the new test drive demo since i found it to be pretty good, so he started to download it, but he kept getting error messages which canceled the download, they said "the download could not be completed please try again later any points you use for this transaction have already been deducted from your balance and will not be deducted again"
what does this mean exactly? is it because he has a silver account?
please help

it would be if your paying for a download, it deducted whatever MS Point he would have had that the item would have costed.

but since it's a demo (should be free) it won't deduct any points.
