i have hoalo 2 i wanna mod maps like zanzibar and lockout. i have a softmoded xbox with the original 5GB HD i FTP the halo 2 disc to my com i got about 4.37 GB i think it should be like 6GB any ways i hear u dont have to put the whole game back to ur zbpz i heard u only need about 1 somtin GB of the game on ur HD once u moded the map is this tru and please specify which files to keep

You need to keep:
Deafault.xbe
Media
and the maps you are going to mod

alright make a folder on your xbox in the games folder in the e drive named halo 2 then take all the maps from acension down even shared.mad and so on and put those on your xbox
once youv gotten all of those on your xbox make a folder called maps on your xbox put all those maps in it
then take the whole fonts folder and put it in the maps folder
then take the media folder and put it by itself
you dont need the bink fonder
then go back to the halo2 folder( on your pc) and take all the things that arent in a folder
Ex. defalt.xbe
and put them by there selves once youv done that your priety much done
