What is the best VCD/SVCD menu creation software available. I am making a movie for someone and want to make the presentation look as good as possible.

VCDs don't allow fancy and complicated chapters, but it still has some useful options. Best one what I've found so far for VCD menu creation is called VCDEasy. Some instructions and screenshots can be found within Sefy's DVD2VCD guide:
