What I am trying to do is take an AVI and turn it into a gif file to use as an avitar on a forum I regularly post at. I have searched and searched and turned up nothing. I am at wits end here. I was hoping to find a tutorial on this etc.. that shows softwares suggestions and proper steps. Does anyone have any info to help me out?
