i got several stargate sg-1 eps.. and i cant play them.. they start..then 15 seconds into the ep it freezes.. i think i need the divx5 borg codec cause thats the filename
ex: 6x13.divx5.borg.mpg

can someone please let me know where to get the codec.

There's no such thing as a divx borg codec...THere is however divx 5 which you can get from this site:

http://www.divx.com

Also try running your episode through a program called GSpot so you can be sure which codecs you really need.
