Well that error can mean it can't read the disc or you can get that if burning too.
So like rav009 asked - need to know what you are trying to do. More details would be great :)

Different fixes depending on where it's happening.

sorry , im trying to rip it using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink

Ok - try ripping w/ DVD Fab Decrypter (free) than opening those files in Shrink.

Try cleaning off the disc also.

See if they do the trick.
