How can I tell which SATA chipset I have???

I am getting ready to flash my xbox 360 drive but I need to know which kind of SATA chipset I have. I know that I have an onboard SATA device but don't know what kind.

Go to your computer's support site. And it should be in the specifications area. Like i have an hp, so i go to hp's site. and search my model name and number and check out the specifications.

What about if it's a home made computer? Just look at the motherboard mfg's website?
