I want to know how to hide my number for the reciving cell phone.

It will be like this

Unknownumber for the reciving cell phone

and
I have got a mobile from my friend outside my country but it is asking frequncy how should i make it work in my home country

Is this a trick question? All phones work differently and it's hard for us to know something about a phone when we don't know what model it is or anything.
