a tip: when going after the SWAT and FBI targets (using Krukov and McManus), hang out near your saints row crib. make sure you have a McManus. get yourself up to a 4 star police notoriety, this will bring a chopper with your target in it. now go relax in your crib, use a shotgun to drop any 5-0 that comes in the door. keep an eye on your mini map. the chopper will drop John (i think thats his name) in the intersection behind your crib. run out and pop him. now it gets tricky. you need a 5 star notoriety level and an A-6 Krukov for the FBI guy, Bill. so you can make a run for the Forgive And Forget, then go to Friendly Fire and grab the AK, head back to your crib and start all over again, OR go straight to Friendly Fire (provided they are open) get your AK (you want to be real quick) and continue blasting. stay inside and use the doorway to your advantage again. when you get 5 stars, Bill will arrive and as long as you shoot everyone who comes through the door with your AK, you'll get him.
PS i had more luck without having targets displayed on the HUD, several of the targets appeared right outside the saints row crib, including the hot dog suit guy, and the orange hoody guy. another tip, for Alan, just hit a bar, i've seen him in several drinking a brew. walked up and sliced some bacon off his back. and remember, no matter where or when you find them, if they look like your target and you kill them with the required weapon, it still counts, i cleaned up on the hitman activities just by keeping my eyes open.
