Since I downloaded the program instead of getting it in cd format, how do I re-install it when I have to do a system restore on my computer (Windows XP)?

When you got this program, you certainly received customer ID and password. Save on any media downloaded program and the registration information. However, I believe, you will still need to activate it, by phone or internet, before beeing able to use it. I only don't know, how many times you can repeat this activation, perhaps three times.

I think you activate it by email. When you downloaded it you have to give your email address. If you lose the serial number, simply email them from the email address you registered it from and the new erial will be sent out to you.

Thanks again.
Now I'm having trouble with the DVD Express. It says it can't find my drive.
Yesterday (the second day I had it) I had to reboot and reboot and finally I got rid of a program I had called GO BACK (by Roxio) and so yesterday, for one time, it worked.
And I defragged yesterday.
This is a high-maintenance program so far.

Hi, I had some time ago a similar problem. the solution I found was at this url: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/33050, which apparently does not exist anymore, but one solution could be that after you installed DVDxCopy Express, make sure that you say "No" to automatically rebooting, and then, later reboot your PC manually when the install is completed. If that is not sufficient you may have to uninstall the program, do two intervention on the Windows Registry and then reinstall it again. But before doing that, try the first solution.

Thank you so much!
You know - I'm still in the 48-hour freeze for posting questions at the regular DVD-X site/forum, so I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE your suggestion!

Hi. glad you made progress in solving your problems. My experience is, it is better to look for any suggestions on forum than ask questions, thus I solved my problems much faster than waiting for help from other sites. Here you may get some insights:
