I am trying to open a iso image file with DVD Shrink and whenever i open it it says: DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue invalid UDF file system.

Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks

Try opening it with a ZIP program and see what type of files are in it. What did you use to create the ISO?

DVD Shrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc. An ISO file is already a backup DVD....... Shrink will only open DVD files (VOBs), it will not convert AVI files or use ISO files. Therefore when you try to open with an ISO file you get an error message.

If the ISO file is DVD compliant, you can go FILE/Open Disc Image. If the files in the ISO are not DVD compliant (such as data files) it will not read in Shrink.
