I am using DVD Decrypter and when I try to get the ISO from the DVD to hard drive the I/O error message comes up. My firmware is updated. Both of my primary and secondary drivers are set to DMA. I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? They would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the error message I receive.
