I have probably printed 500 DVDs with my Epson Print CD software, now all of a sudden it will not get the stored image.
Hourglass just hangs there. when i use Ctrl/Alt/Del it shows two Untitled.. Print CD .. not responding.
when I say end task both references to print cd dissapear.
i can use the manual text insert but prefer to print stored image of DVD.

Any clue as to why it will no longer get image?

Have you recently added or deleted any programs? If you have added any it could be conflicting. If you have removed any it could have deleted a shared file.

You can always try to uninstall the program. Then reinstall it and see if that corrects the problem.
