Are you sure the phone is originally locked to Orange?
An Orange sim works in it and no other sim works in it?
The IMEI is double checked?

Type in these numbers or look under the battery to get the information.

IMEI: *#06# ,
Firmware Version: *#0000# .


If all checks out, try this.

DO not use this if it is not a phone from Orange UK

Starting with the first # and ending with the last #
All the letters and all the plus signs.
