i get the following message whislt burning
the instruction at "0x74dba5bb1" referenced memory at "0x00000006" the memory could not be "read"
click on ok to termiante the program
click on cancel to debug the program

clicking on both of these options shuts the program down back to desktop.

Uninstall the program using add/remove programs

Clean your registry and fix possible errors using ccleaner basic (by clicking on the Issues button), you can get it here;

Download and reinstall the latest version from here;

Last, if you're also using AnyDVD, make sure it's also the current version.
