OK, couldn't get the codes to work on my phone, so now I'm trying my wife's. Her's is exactly the same as mine, but hopefully I'll have better results.

Make/model phone: Nokia 6101b
Firmware: v 3.38
IMEI #: 356642009460212
Country the phone is locked in: Canada
Provider the phone is locked to: Rogers AT&T Wireless

Your help is greatly appreciated.
