I have a ps2 slim I ordered fliptop and it just makes a sound and it will play for about 5 seconds and stop and go again

Sounds like you've not fitted the fliptop properly, perhaps trapping one of the cables inside the PS2. Remove the case, and re-fit it.

It worked but a little black spring just poped up and now I cant close the ps2 properly
