i have problems with this stupid virus and i cant get rid of it.anybody can help me please

this is the result of smitfraudfix.i wanna mention i cant scan with ewido because is give me a error and its closing by him self.thank you and i wait your opinions

Click here and download Fixwareout.exe to your desktop.

Then, download HijackThis and extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Open Fixwareout.exe to run it and install.
Make sure "Run fixit" is checked.
Follow the prompts.
You will be asked to restart, do so.
Booting may take longer than usual, this is normal.
After reboot, follow the prompts.

Then, run a scan with HijackThis and save a log file. Post the log here along with the contents of C:\fixwareout\report.txt.
