I took this phone to 2 unlockers they couldnt do it. I hope anyone here can help me.

Network: Locked to Orange
Country: UK

Please help me unlock this.

2 times, I 1st unlocker said he couldnt do it and the 2nd one said the same thing. They both tried once.
