hello!

i love this place, first off. it's been helpful where other sites have failed.

my question:
whenever i play a DivX or XviD file that has AC3 audio, the video appears all wacky... looks like a scene from frank zappa's uncle meat. everything has this box-ish video "echo" around it... it's really strange. sometimes if i go to the system menu and then back, the picture goes normal but the audio is way off and nothing will fix it. i've had the same problem with every AC3 file i've played. can anyone help me out with his???? i've been looking everywhere and i can find no answers. everyone says AC3 plays fine on the 642.

please help!!!
