what is the original you are burning (i.e. commercial dvd, etc.)? how did you process the material prior to burning with Nero (i.e. dvdfab, VobBlanker, etc.)?

I am trying to back up 24 season 4 disc 3. I had some initial trouble with the encryption. The following thread details that issue - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/394698. After using DVDFab Decrypter to rip I was able to recode with shrink and save the file on my harddrive. My problem now concerns burning onto a dvd using Nero.
I am pretty new at this. I hope my explanation makes sense. Thanks for taking the time to look at my problem. Let me know if you have any addition questions.

hello briacguy, if u can post a Nero log, members will be able to see went wrong with the burn.
U can find the log in C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core the log is named Nero History its a text document
heres for Nero 6: program files>ahead>nero>nerohistory
ok when u open the text file just copy the last log and dont forget to edit ur serial number out, they start with 1A,1C

You need to run or process the "VIDEO_TS.IFO" file through VobBlanker in prior to transcode the movie with Nero Recode, VobBlanker will sort, correct/fix any corrupted VOB, vts, pgc, cells, etc. thus making is much and much easier for both Nero Recode 2 or DVD Shrink to transcode the movie.
