Currently my amp is connected to my PC's sound card like so:

And I want to hook up my Xbox to my Amp like this:

But im not sure what that cable is called that is circled (can someone tell me so i can purchase one)

The problem is.. I want to hook both my PC and XBOX to my amp at the same time, without having to switch between cables all the time. Can someone tell me how to do this? Someone in another thread suggested to try this :

Would that work if that went directly in my AMP's input, and the xbox cable and pc cable going into it?

As I said in the other post you can just use that adaptor picured last, to connect the RCA cables that come out of your 360 to your line in on your PC (probably the pink socket on diagram 2a). What you have circled in diagram 2c is basically that adaptor plus the cable to the amp. Only problem with this is you will have to leave your PC on.

If however you dont want to leave your pc on all you need to find is the correct cables. You could probably get your PC and 360 running through the AMP at the same time (at your own risk - the AMP will probably have some type of protection circuit in it so I wouldnt worry too much)

So.... 360 RCA cable to cable below

you can then also plug your PC into the adapter above
