I just tried to use decrypter to burn a dvd, after using shrink to rip the original to the hard drive. Whne I opened decrypter their was no buffer(either one) o kbs transferring 0% complete but on the bottom of the screen it said "Locking Volumes For Exclusive Access" Also in the elapsed time it kept counting and it said unknown for time remaining. Anyone ever hear of this? ---zen-->

Seems like you have a packet writing program such as IN-CD or Roxio running in the background.

Disable or uninstall these programs and your problem could be fixed.
