SONIC DigitalMedia NEED HELP !!

I need help. I just bought a new computer and it has SONIC DigitalMedia Home. I can burn cds fast and it's a great setup.
The problem I have is after I burn the cd and place into my home stereo, it reads the disc automatic, all the songs in order, but the title or band name says "UNKNOWN ALBUM" I tried everything to get it to change. Is there a way in my computer or on the SONIC program to change this setting ???
