Backing up a dvd thats not a movie.

I have a subscription to alldata that i would like to backup. They are on dvd's and im not sure how to backup. There is more then the 4.7 gig on each dvd so what would i have to use for dvd media? What software will i need to do such a thing? I have made numerous backups of my dvd collection with ease but this is new to me. Can someone please help me here?
