issues extracting SS using dvdinfopro with pal games

i am trying to extract the SS form my original game using the dvdinfopro method and when i send in a custom command such as AD 00 FF 02 FD FF FE 00 08 00 01 C0 I get Sense error occurred message.

When i also try and extrat the game to an image and enter the FF 08 01 01 command I get a cannot read disk error with dvdinfo.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong as I am following the toturials by the letter of the law and it aint working. Is this anything to do with the fact i have a PAL system and PAL games?

Help appreciated folks.

I don't know much about that method. Wouldn't it be easier to rip it with the "get ss" program like the one with opa's firmware package?

Download Schtrom360Xtractfrom here:

It will build the 360 game backup and put the security sectors in the right place for you. All is left for you to do is to burn the image using clonecd
