Using Ifoedit for vobs produced by Chopper XP

I am using Chopper XP to rip a section of a DVD. The program works great and allows me to extract excatly the section I want and Ifoedit does create Ifos successfully. But the Ifos do not show the correct length and the playback with PowerDVD is weird when the ifo is opened. Does any one know how to edit the ifo with Ifoedit so that it will work well with the extracted vob?
