I just bought this type of camera. n the result of most of the picture took, the eyes will look like red color (or having red dot). I'm so disappointed with the result.
For anyone have this type od camera, do hyou have the same problem with me? Or maybe someone can tell me how to reduce the red color.
Thanks

first off the red eye is caused by the flash or light that reflects the eye as red in the pictures! If you have a bounce flash then point the flash above the subject as to not having the flash directly into the eyes. You'll get better results. If this is a point and shoot camera then you'll have to enhance the picture with your photo editing program on the computer. That's the only way unless you have the Sony DSC-N1... which I do..... and it has a edit button right into the camera that takes into account "red eye" and adjusts the flash accordingly. It helps but doesn't eliminate red eye totally! All cameras can cause red eye.... not just the one you bought!

and after looking at your Flash Mode you do have Red Eye Reduction read your manual and check how you can set your camera's flash to correct some of the red eye you're getting!
