From what I read the best and cheapest method is to use a flashing method on your 360's DVD FW

There seem to be 2 different 360 DVD drives , Samsung & Hitachi

Define what you have and follow the tutorials in this forum and flash your 360's DVD FW and thats it...

Costs you nothing but a little reading time.

There are some hardware utils you can buy I see like the conectivity kit etc and 360 blaster ive been reading about but you can do it all without any of these tools.

HTH

Its illegal to buy copied games m8... but it will allow you to make or run backups of your originals for sure..

Region I think is still specific unless the games are region free as far as im aware. some of the others may know different but from what i read PAL games needs to be ran on PAL consoles etc..
