Hi Guys

I was going to have a go at my own backups instead of DL'ing them as my connection is slow..

So I was following this tut http://www.clevermod.com/index.php?article=12

Now I cant get the Pioneer model specified in the tutorial and have been looking round for a drive I can access the lazer easily..but with no luck yet,

Most drives im finding have the top casing enclosed and only the bottom comes off..

Can I ask if any of you guys have used the method here http://www.clevermod.com/index.php?article=12

And what DVD-R did you use to do the swap and access the lazer?
