Too be honest pretty much any dual layer dvd film will do (matrix)
or the alternative is to burn your own dual layer disc with 8gigs+ of any junk you have on your pc.

Thanks M8,
I looked at buying the movie suggested in the tutorial and that was season 2 of 24 disc 3 and the set was £34 so I guess a homemade disc of junk it is I never thought of doing that I did think there was something in the movies boot sector or something that needed to be picked up also..
Thanks

Well I tried the 8gig of data on a DL disc and it made a coaster.
I tried my biggest DVD which is 7.98gig and it made a coaster.
Its a pioneer 111d burner and i burned 1 with clone and one with dvd decryptor to see if it made a difference.
I dont know whats up??
Instead of opening up the DVD burner im just using a paper clip to manually open the DVD tray to swap the discs- do you think that could be affecting this?
Thanks again

Instead of using wxripper, why not try isobuster? It's actually the more suggested method and you wouldn't have to go through all that.

Thanks bhetrick,
I will have a look for some info unless you can point me directly to a thread or tutorial..
I have the software you mention and will look into it now thanks a lot m8ty.
Does this invole the disc swap or do I hook up the 360 again to do this?

Ive just been reading the hitachi/samsung PDF again!!
I see there 3 ways to back up your game and they depend on how you flashed your 360
I did it with the extreme 3.3 patch so do I still choose the Extreme 3.0 method? even though I patched with a newer version? I cant see a newer PDF for 3.3
Thanks

You don't have to swap discs. You do still have to get the ss off the original (as you have to with any method). It's shown in this guide " HitachiSamsungTutorialV41Merged.pdf ".
Now, there's also an "all-in-one" program. It doesn't work if your using a hitachi drive to get your ss's, though. " Schtrom360XtractV2.1 "

Hi sharky
I did with 1 of them to see if that was my problem as the tutorial never mentioned SS so I went and downloaded the SS from a link in here and inserted it then burned but still the same.
I will give it a go with the ISO buster method Im reading the guide that came with extreme 3.3 just now and I thought I had to flash the 360 again to make a backup but Im reading I can make a cd to turn the drive into the right mode to be visible in windows to run ISO buster etc..
Im on information overload an am overlooking things I think,
I have the samsung drive and ive flashed with extreme 3.3
I just dont like to keep opening the 360 all the time and was looking to the disc swap as an alternative.
Thanks

Sam drive...good. And with the 3.3 you only have to open once to flash... which it sounds like you've already did. You need to burn that 0800 iso onto a dl dvd. The when you want to get the ss off of your original game, you just run the 0800 in the 360 drive to get it detected in windows. Then you can pull off the ss.
That Schtrom program I suggested will do all of this for you instead of you going through all of the steps manually. Here's a link if you want to read about it.

I forgot to ask..
Is there a best program to burn the 0800 iso to DL Disc?
Also I had to hex modify mtkflash for my chipset in my first flash- will i have to modify 0800 in anyway before I burn? I see no mention of this in the read me.
Im burning with Pioneer 111d and verbatim DVD+R DL discs
Clone? DVD Decryptor?

Nothing has to be done to it before burning. Burn the 0800 the same way as you would a regular 360 game. On a dl with clone cd.
