I have a ripped a DVD and am taking out some extras and such and want to know what files the DVD-R NEEDS in order to function correctly. Can anyone help with this. Thanks

Needs VIDEO_TS (IFO), VIDEO_TS.BUP, VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01.0.BUP and then all of your VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, etc.....

So, it doesn't need VIDEO_TS.VOB, VTS_01.0.IFO, OR VTS_01.0.VOB? Just to confirm. Thanks.

It may need them, but you can always test it first before deleting them by putting them in a VIDEO_TS folder and playing the folder.

What if the main movie is VTS_8_? The VTS_1_ files are still necessary? Thanks
