Question about AC3 5.1 and DTS 5.1

Hello


Presently I use DVD Shrink 3.2 and would like to know the difference between AC3 5.1 and DTS 5.1 Audio?


During ripping which Audio do I keep and should I keep subpicture??

I remove all audio except AC3 5.1 and all subtitles I don't need. AC3 should downmix to 2 channel on most setups, whereas DTS is a little more picky.
