How do you make a second copy without going through the backup process again?

Save the files as an ISO to your hard drive. Then you can burn it as many times as you wish.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

@bighomey
If your using Nero just use burning rom or express to burn another copy of the video_ts (or iso if this is how you have it set).
Or if you have 2 or more burners use Nero burning rom and pick the 'multiple recorders' option to burn 2 or more at once.

you could also do a disk to disk copy to, also ZCS626 with the newer systems come out with at least 300 gb hard drives and when you back up your movies if you are puting to single disk they are under 4 gb and as long as you delete the files there won't be any problem

you can also use ImgBurn. It will allow you to select the number of copies.

Here is a guide for the queue feature of Imgburn:

If you have two drives you can put a blank in each drive and copy one after the other, the only interruption will be putting a fresh blank in the drive when required.
