I was haveing problems so I followed some guides here at afterdawn I ran about 8 differnt programs and now the problem seems gone.
I just want to make shure So here is my LOG.

I can't be 100% sure your computer is clean but your log is showing nothing bad. After 8 programs I'd really hope your clean. :) Are you having any symptoms or problems?
