im am glad they will allow the modder community on the ps3, and they say xbl is too strict over the content allowed for download. also they talk about what i was saying on other threads, how you can use the cell to free up the gpu for more work.

I see this one slipping down the list abit!

But it's EXTREMELY important! The ps3 being more open source then any other system is actually a huge thing and you will see it "face value" when homebrew and small dev games come out.Think table tennis times 10 and then some!

Small time devs WILL be able to offer graphically groundbreaking games for extremely cheap.Even freeware games may very well exist(count on it).

But see ,the most important is mods.Mods add extra content to games plus mods are mostly free.Just llok at how huge this is on the pc .THIS IS IMPORTANT!

i know but know one wants to discuss it :(

its when good press comes out for ps3 its ignored and bad press is blown out of proportion.

games will have so much homegrown content, just like a pc.
