I want to take some of the funniest movies of all time...Dumb and Dumber, Blazing Saddles, Airplane, etc and make a funniest scenes dvd. What is the best/easiest way of doing this and will Shrink do this? If not, will Rebuilder do it? Any help would be great!

Just remember if you use DVDshrink you will have one large movie. You will not be able to advance to different scenes. It will play as one file.
I have tried this myself with DVDshrink but they tell me there are some non-free programs that will do this so you can setup different chapter points. I gave up on the project because I didn't want to pay the $100 it would cost for a new program. Sorry but I can't remember what the names of the programs were. DVDrebuilder may have been one of them but not real sure.

We figured out how to do this with ifo/vobedit and it will create chapters. Follow the guide and you should be able to do what you want.
Here is the guide:

Oh, use DVDshrink to create the scenes you want with the start/stop function under re-author and then use the guide from the website I gave you. Give it some time it took me a couple of tries before I got it right but it will work.
Make a image of your files and test it with Daemon Tools and you will see how it will play as if you burned it to a DVD.
