Hey guys,
bought my 5 year old son one of these and have been using the Magic Swap 1.6 with flip lid for awhile, but can't resist the urge to really mod this thing. My question is: what's the best chip to install in this thing and what all will I need? By that I mean, I read about a diode fix for one of the versions, but I wanted to run it buy the pros before I decide to do this. Thanks for any help on the mater.

I am not sure if thre are any mod chips for the 75001 line but these are the best for most PS2's

both are pretty much the top of the line when it comes to PS2 mod chips,the Matrix Infinity GREEN being alittle better and alittle cheaper *L*

Dido fixes are not to hard to find but I am unsure if its in your version

has soem chips that work on the 77001 so they should ahve soemthign for the 75001,if you can find a chip I can hep look up info on it and make sure its good chip don't want to spend money on something that would fry the PS2 *L*

also the PS2 has small solder points ,I'll just warn you right now,I solder stuff on and off threw out the year and its even put me off to try and chip it 0-o and I built my PS2 ><
