I have a Verizon VC3 that I am trying to get to communicate with my computer. I installed P2KMAN 27.07.2004 and Motorola PST 7.2.3 with the Patch. When I run P2KMAN it says connected but I always get "GENERIC FAILURE Volume name fail" When I select "update list" I get "Receiving file list... Fail!" or "Receiving file list...FileList entry size invalid! Fail!."


Also:
When I run PST, the screen is gray and does not say anything.

What am I doing wrong?

I am new to this so please keep it simple
