6280 is a BB5 Nokia which means you will need to try and get your code from the original service provider, but will cost. There is no other way (at this time) to unlock it.

Mate, dont trust that site(or any other), it's a con. We are hoping to be able to do BB5 phones early next year. Untill then anyone claiming to be able to do any BB5 phones are cheats and liars.

If you want it unlocked call your operator. :)
