My V710 was such a pain to keep programed the chick on the service line gave me the NAM programming code. I don't know if this has been posted before or anything so delete this if it isn't a new find. When you flip open your phone quickly press 74663# menu menu. this should bring you to the User activation menu with 2 possible selections: NAM1 and NAM2 inside of those you can edit the MIN, IMSI, MDN, AMPS system ID and CDMA system ID.
