ok im low on memory so i wanna make my compter like new...i want every thing back to the way it was when i first bought it what program do i need 2 do this

I take it you mean low on HD space.
You could just buy and install a second HD and have more space.
However, if you are really hellbent on starting with a fresh, new windows install, first make sure you have all your software cd's and dvd's handy, make sure you have backed up any data (movies, music, pictures etc)you want to keep onto cd's, dvd's or whatever, insert your windows cd, and make it do a clean install, overwriting all data on your HD, then reinstall all your software and then put back your backed up data.
