Help please with burning a DVD from Premiere 6.5 QT Mov

I'm using MAC OS 10.2.8, Premiere 6.5 and Toast 6, an external DVD player and Sony DVD-R 4.7 GB disks.
My goal is to burn a DVD of my Premiere video and my question is how do I do this?
I've read the DVD burn tutorial about Mack the Ripper, DVD2One and Toast.
Does the process in this tutorial apply to my situation or is there a more direct route to burning a DVD from Premiere 6.5?
