NHL 07 wont boot

I cant get NHL 07 to boot. I used swap magic 3.3 and cogswap and even rebuilt it but it still wont even boot up. Im using sony DVD-R at 4x (it will fail if i go any lower)

i got mine to work with image burn, at 4x works perfectly

I had a taiyo yugen lying around and it worked.
