WHAT HAPPEN WHEN THE ENCODING WAS FAST AT FIRST AND NOW IT HAS SLOW DOWN TO LIKE AN 1HOUR OR 2 HOURS

Watch the caps - it's like you're shouting (against rules too)

Check and make sure your drives are in DMA mode - look under 'current transfer mode' too - ultra dma mode should be listed there too.

Do you have the quality enhancements or deep analysis checked? This will take longer and bump up the encoding time.
